![]() | Robert WuebkerStartup Strategy Having been a key member and co-conspirator in several software startups over the past decade, Robert Wuebker knows a thing or two about innovation, strategy, and breakthrough technology. Or, then again, he may not, since by his own admission his business experience "is a series of backhanded successes and unexpected flame-outs, with a couple of business cycles thrown in to separate cause and effect." At the very least, Robert has a few stories and tall tales to share in his blog. "What little I do know might even be generalizable," he jokes, given recent developments: his consulting firm, Release 3, works with startups and early-stage venture capitalists to build breakthrough firms "from two guys in a napkin sketch to funding, scaling, and beyond." Rob is currently an NSF IGERT Fellow and PhD Candidate at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His current research and consulting focus is the management of innovation in the domain of energy and the environment. |
